WEATHER & OCEAN CONDITIONS All tours are subject to weather and ocean conditions. Decisions are made with guest safety as the priority. Ocean conditions can change quickly, and comfort levels vary between guests. 4. HEALTH & FITNESS REQUIREMENTS By booking, guests confirm they: Are in good physical health Are able to participate in marine-based activities Can swim (for snorkelling tours) Guests must inform us prior to travel of: Medical conditions Injuries Pregnancy Medications that may affect participation Explore Ningaloo reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk. 5. SAFETY & CREW INSTRUCTIONS Guests must follow all instructions given by crew at all times. Safety briefings are mandatory before departure. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund. 6. SNORKELLING CONDITIONS Snorkelling is conducted in open ocean environments. Marine life, currents, and visibility vary daily. While encounters with wildlife are common, they are not guaranteed. Explore Ningaloo provides: Snorkelling equipment Safety guidance Guests are responsible for: Using equipment correctly Staying within designated areas 7. WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS All interactions comply with Ningaloo Marine Park regulations. Distances must be maintained from marine life. Touching, chasing, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited. 8. LIABILITY & RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By participating, guests acknowledge: Marine activities involve inherent risks Risks include injury, illness, or environmental exposure To the extent permitted by law: Explore Ningaloo is not liable for: Personal injury Loss or damage to personal belongings Delays or changes due to conditions beyond control 9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Guests bring personal items at their own risk. We recommend minimal valuables onboard. 10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA A professional photographer/videographer may be onboard. Images and footage may be used for: Marketing Social media Promotional purposes If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify crew prior to departure. 11. CHILDREN Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Minimum age requirements may apply depending on tour type. 12. TRANSFERS Complimentary transfers are offered from designated meeting point. Guests must be ready at the specified time. Delays may result in missed departures without refund. 13. LATE ARRIVALS Tours depart on schedule. Late arrivals may result in forfeited booking with no refund. 14.
